Curacao vs. Nevada Championship Set for 2026 Little League World Series Bracket

The championship matchup for the 2026 Little League World Series has been set.

Curaçao will take on Nevada in the battle for the top prize in Little League baseball.

Here's a look at Saturday's semifinal results and what to look ahead to on Sunday.

Championship Game: Curaçao v. Nevada

Curaçao claimed the LLWS international championship over Japan after pitcher Jaymiëll Martina struck out 12 batters in 5.2 innings of work Saturday.

Japan loaded the bases in Saturday's first inning, but Martina closed out a scoreless frame and allowed Curaçao to strike first with a three-run third.

Martina capped off the game with an RBI double in the fourth to help Curaçao secure a trip to the LLWS championship game with a 4-0 shutout victory.

Later on Saturday, Nevada defeated Ohio to win the United States bracket after exploding for a five-run second inning.

Ohio responded by loading the bases in the top of the fourth, but Nevada closed out the frame, having allowed just one run.

Nevada added six runs in the fourth and five innings to close out the blowout victory.

Carsynn Meyer became the sixth girl in LLWS history to record multiple hits in the tournament during the win.

Nevada and Curaçao will face off for the 2026 LLWS title at 3 p.m. ET at Lamade Stadium in Williamsport, Pennsylvania.

The Mountain Region and the United States will be represented by the Paseo Verde Little League from Henderson, Nevada.

This marks the second straight year in which Nevada has sent a team to the LLWS final. Last year, Chinese Taipei defeated a team from Las Vegas to become the first international LLWS champions since 2017.

The Pariba Little League from Pariba, Curaçao is representing the international bracket and the Curaçao Region.

This marks the sixth time Curaçao has made it as far as the LLWS title game. Pariba will now look to join the 2004 team from Willemstad as the second Curaçao championship roster in tournament history.
