Schefter's Cheat Sheet for Fantasy Football Sleepers & Value Players Drops amid 2026 Mock Draft SZN

ESPN NFL insider Adam Schefter dropped his fantasy football cheat sheet on Friday, highlighting his top value and sleeper picks at each position.

At quarterback, Schefter named Caleb Williams of the Chicago Bears and Tyler Shough of the New Orleans Saints as potential mid- and late-round targets.

Williams accounted for a shade under 4,000 passing yards, 30 total touchdowns and just seven interceptions in his first season under head coach Ben Johnson, and he could be poised to take another leap forward in 2026.

As for Shough, he performed much better than expected as a rookie under head coach Kellen Moore, and with first-round wide receiver Jordyn Tyson and running back Travis Etienne joining No. 1 wideout Chris Olave as his top weapons, the pieces are in place for Shough to potentially establish himself as a fantasy starter.

The Jacksonville Jaguars' Bhayshul Tuten is a middle-round running back who Schefter likes. With Etienne now in Jacksonville, veteran free-agent signing Chris Rodriguez is Tuten's only real competition for Jacksonville's starting running back job.

Schefter also mentioned Blake Corum of the Los Angeles Rams as a potential late-round steal. Kyren Williams has been head coach Sean McVay's preferred choice in the backfield the past few seasons, but Corum rushed for 746 yards and six touchdowns, and averaged 5.1 yards per carry last season, so he could force himself into more opportunities.

In a receiving corps with Brian Thomas Jr., Jakobi Meyers and Travis Hunter, Parker Washington was the Jags' standout last season, leading the team in receptions (58) and receiving yardage (847). Schefter sees him building upon those totals in 2026.

Schefter chose Ryan Flournoy of the Dallas Cowboys as a deep sleeper at wide receiver as well. Going extremely late or undrafted in most leagues, Flournoy could become a must-start player in fantasy should anything happen to CeeDee Lamb or George Pickens.

At tight end, Schefter went with the Cleveland Browns' Harold Fannin Jr. as one of his top mid-round targets. The Browns' quarterback and offensive situations look to be a mess, but they weren't any better last season when Fannin had 72 catches for 731 yards and six touchdowns as a rookie.

Closing his picks out, Schefter chose the New York Giants' Isaiah Likely as one of his favorite late-round tight ends. Likely will have continuity with John Harbaugh as his head coach, but leaving the Baltimore Ravens means he no longer has to share snaps with Mark Andrews.
