Paige Bueckers Among New Unrivaled Contracts Announced, Joins Olivia Miles, Flau'Jae, More
A handful of new players have been announced for the Unrivaled Season 3 roster.
The league announced Thursday that Dallas Wings star Paige Beuckers will return on a multi-year deal. She joins Olivia Miles, Flau'Jae Johnson and a handful of other notable names.
Along with Bueckers, the league announced that Natasha Cloud, Courtney Williams, Chelsea Gray, Marina Mabrey, Shakira Austin and Dearica Hamby will be a part of next year's season of Unrivaled.
The second season of Unrivaled was another success as Nepheesa Collier won the one-on-one tournament and Rose BC won the championship. Rose BC featured Shakira Austin, Lexie Hull, Sug Sutton, Angel Reese, Kahleah Copper and Gray, who won Finals MVP.
Collier took home the regular season MVP, and Reese won Defensive Player of the Year.
Earlier this week, Unrivaled announced that it had raised money that puts its valuation at $650 million, a testament to the success it has had since its debut in 2025.
The league, which Breanna Stewart and Collier co-founded, gives players an equity stake in addition to their salaries, and the players are the largest shareholder group heading into the new season. The value of the player-equity pool is up to nearly $200 million.
While Unrivaled will not add any new teams this season, it will expand the competition window. Season 3 begins on Jan. 8.
Unrivaled gives fans the chance to watch their favorite WNBA stars compete in a different way, pitting three against three rather than traditional five-on-five. The one-on-one tournament also adds a unique element to the league.
Season 3 figures to be a star-studded year as well, with Bueckers and more of the league's premier players already on board.
