My Top 5: Favorite WWE Divas

The divas of World Wrestling Entertainment are said to be "Smart, sexy and powerful."  No argument from me on that front.  The divas from WWE are not only smart, sexy and powerful, but they are also exceptional athletes on their own part.

I am about to unveil my top 5 favorite divas.  Here we go:

5 - BRIE AND NIKKI BELLA

These twin delights from Scottsdale, Arizona have won the hearts of WWE fans and they have really confused their opposition.  During a match, Brie and Nikki pull the "bait and switch" and to be honest, even I can't tell Brie from Nikki.  Nonetheless, these twin honeys are confide fan favorites.  Love ya!

4 - MARIA

This 5'7" bundle of dynamite from Chicago has really given the fans something to cheer about - and for good reason as well.  Maria may not be some dumb blond bimbo (she's an auburn haired beauty), but she has pizazz and the fans love this girl to death.  She is a favorite diva of mine because Maria has true appeal.  Maria, the fans love ya and so do I!

3 - MELINA

This 5'4" bundle of energy from Los Angeles was previously hated by the fans because of her association with Johnny Nitro and Joey Mercury, but even I can look past that and appreciate the fact that she is one heck of a competitor and is also a multi-time WWE womens' champ.  Melina missed five months because of a broken ankle (boy, that does smart), but she has become a fan favorite and the fans on Friday Night SmackDown just love this gal (as well as Eve Torres and Maria).  All I can honestly say is Melina, it's nice to have you on our side.

2 - KELLY KELLY

This blond, 5'5" cutie from Jacksonville, Florida is not only a natural fan favorite (namely because she is so bubbly), but she is naturally as sweet as she can be.  Kelly was the youngest diva to appear on WWE television when she made her debut in 2006, but she never stopped trying to be at her best.  Kelly competed for the WWE divas championship on two occasions and won by disqualification and was pinned on her second attempt.  Yeah, Kelly is cute, lovable, and so fan friendly, but don't get her angry.  She can get mean when the time calls for it, but I love this girl like she was my own sister.

1 - MICKIE JAMES

This 5'4" bundle of dynamite from Richmond, Virginia was once a fan of Trish Stratus (who wouldn't be?) and has done extremely well for herself.  Mickie has won the WWE womens' title four times and is currently the WWE divas champ.  I had the honor of watching Mickie team with Kelly Kelly and Gail Kim in a six diva tag team match at the Verizon Center on July 27 and I was so proud when Kelly, Gail and Mickie won.  I got a chance to see three of my favorite Raw divas compete and win as a team.  Love ya, Mickie!
