Predicting WWE's Top Stars in 2030

Right now, there is a negative connotation surrounding WWE due to lackluster storytelling, mismanaged character development, and week-to-week inconsistency on both Raw and SmackDown.

Wrestling fans are down on WWE, but that doesn't mean the company can't turn it around by utilizing its current roster of elite performers properly. Despite the glaring issues plaguing Triple H and WWE Creative, there are several marquee names who could help the company out of purgatory.

Here are the WWE Superstars poised to help the brand return to prominence in the coming years.

Most Likely: Oba Femi and Rhea Ripley

The most obvious options for cornerstones of the company moving forward would be Oba Femi and Rhea Ripley.

Femi is 27 years old and will be around 31 in 2030. Femi has already held the NXT Championship, beat Brock Lesnar on multiple occasions, and established himself as one of WWE's most physically imposing performers. By 2030, he'll be entering what could be the prime of his career, with ample time until then to develop his promo work, character and storytelling.

As for Ripley, she is 29 and will be 34 in 2030, making her one of WWE's most established stars while still in her prime. She already has championship success, a distinctive character, and enormous fan recognition, so she should remain the top dog for the foreseeable future.

With Femi being the future monster WWE can build around and Ripley being the established Superstar who should still be there when the next generation arrives, these are WWE's safest bets for top stars in 2030.

Future Faces of WWE: Trick Williams and Tiffany Stratton

While Femi and Ripley are obvious answers, two up-and-coming Superstars on the cusp of greatness are Trick Williams and Tiffany Stratton.

Williams is 31 years old and will be 35 in 2030, but don't let his age fool you; his combination of being newer to the business and the longer shelf life of wrestlers—i.e., John Cena, Roman Reigns, and Cody Rhodes—will make him a long-term asset. Add in his unique combination of freak athleticism and unquestionable charisma, and he should continue to be involved in major championship-level programs for the next decade.

As for Stratton, she is 27 and will be 31 in 2030, making it a smart choice to continue her ascent over the next several years. She's already been trusted with major programs and championship opportunities, and her character, athleticism, and presentation are positioning her to evolve from a young star with upside into the centerpiece of the women's division.

Williams and Stratton are already a focal point on weekly programming, so another half-decade of experience will only help them climb the ranks of importance in WWE.

Future Main-Event Players: Bron Breakker and Roxanne Perez

Two fresh faces who are continuing to prove their worth to WWE every week are Bron Breakker and Roxanne Perez, both of whom are ascending to the top of the card with each passing day.

Breakker is currently 28 years old, setting him up to be 32 in 2030, an ideal age for a main-event Superstar who theoretically would have years of main-roster experience. Using his explosive athleticism and a believable intensity, he is already heading toward a major showdown with Femi, a potential glimpse at two future pillars of the company colliding.

As for Perez, she is only 24 years old and would be 28 in 2030, making her a clear choice to become a cornerstone of WWE's women's championship picture for the next 20-plus years. As a former NXT Women's Champion and already established on the main roster, she could enter her late 20s as one of the division's veterans with world title experience despite still being extremely young.

Breakker and Perez have a ton left to prove on the main roster, but with the proper character development and consistency in the ring, both are poised to become main-event players for a long time.

Potential Breakout Stars: Je'Von Evans and Sol Ruca

For WWE fans looking for Superstars further down the card who could eventually morph into performers worthy of being considered a cornerstone worth building around, look no further than Je'Von Evans and Sol Ruca.

Shockingly, Evans is only 22 years old and will be 26 in 2030. His athleticism and high-energy style have already made him popular in NXT and on the main roster, but if he improves his promos, character, and match psychology, he could become a world champion with more experience.

Ruca is only 26 years old and will turn 30 in 2030, giving Triple H and WWE Creative every reason to invest early and often in her future. So far, she has showcased the physical tools and looks to be a top star, but the next four years should be about improving her character and promo work, which would make her an ideal performer to build a division around.

It may be a longer shot that Evans and Sol Ruca rise through the ranks before 2030 to sit atop their respective divisions, but with youth on their side, they are safe bets to keep climbing the ladder to the main event scene.
