Madden 16 Player Ratings: Most Eye-Popping Marks for the Game's Top Stars
J.J. Watt is truly like a created player in Madden 16.
He's rated 99 overall, so obviously he has some impressive ratings on the defensive side of the ball. Thanks to Watt's three touchdown receptions in 2014, the NFL's most dominant defensive player also has a 78 catch rating.
As a result, you can play around with Watt at tight end, just like Houston Texans head coach Bill O'Brien did last season.
Aside from Watt, there are a few more eye-popping player ratings to recognize.
Aaron Rodgers Can Kill You Deep
The Green Bay Packers' Aaron Rodgers is also rated a 99 overall. Not only does Rodgers have one of the strongest arms in Madden 16 with a 95 throw power rating, but he's also tied for the highest rating in deep-throw accuracy with the Atlanta Falcons' Matt Ryan.
Essentially, no player in the game can throw the ball over 35 yards with as much accuracy. Because Rodgers can get it deep down the field, he is the ultimate big-play quarterback in the game.
The Nimble Beast
Most would probably expect the Seattle Seahawks' Marshawn Lynch to have impressive power running totals. His stiff arm is a 99 and his trucking is a 98.
The Madden ratings team was also impressed with Lynch's lateral movement. The man of few words with the media is a man of many moves on the football field. He has a juke move rating of 94.
That's why he's the highest-rated running back in the game with a 96 overall.
