Ty Simpson, Stetson Bennett's Final Box Score Stats & Highlights from Saints vs. Rams

Ty Simpson and Stetson Bennett led the Los Angeles Rams to a 34-0 preseason victory over the New Orleans Saints on Saturday.

The two quarterbacks combined to throw for 254 yards in the rout at Sofi Stadium.

Bennett played all of the first half and parts of the third quarter.

He led the Rams on four scoring drives in the first half. Two of them resulted in touchdowns and the other two in field goals.

Bennett did damage with his legs around the goal line. He had touchdown runs of one and eight yards.

Simpson took over in the third quarter and led the Rams on a touchdown drive in the fourth quarter.

Simpson completed four passes on the scoring drive, including a 24-yard pass play that connected with tight end Dan Villari.

Bennett and Simpson should each receive more chances to shine in the final preseason game. The Rams take on the Los Angeles Chargers on Thursday to round out their preseason slate before they head to Australia to face the San Francisco 49ers in Week 1.
