WWE's Top Tweets, Instagram Photos and Viral Videos for Week of August 10
An outsider was the star of WWE's social media this week, as actor Stephen Amell burst into the squared circle in emphatic fashion. The star of the CW's Arrow found himself not just in a WWE ring but on Twitter, Instagram and YouTube thanks to his appearance on Monday's Raw.
The Rock, Brock Lesnar and Finn Balor also contributed to the best WWE shareable content as the countdown to SummerSlam continues.
We start first with two items from the company's recent trip to Victoria, British Columbia. During the weekend's house show, The Lucha Dragons were among those entertaining the Canadian fans.

Kalisto and Sin Cara entered a five-team Battle Royal at that show.
Before the action got underway, Kalisto provided a highlight during his entrance. WWE captured it by way of Vine video:
During that same event, a fan threw a self-made Money in the Bank briefcase at Roman Reigns' head. The scary incident luckily didn't injure anyone, but it did get the jabroni who hurled the briefcase arrested and banned from all future WWE events, according to the Canadian Press (via CTV News).
ESPN's Robert Flores was reminded of the incident when Amell ran into the ring on Monday night. Security wrangled the actor, and Triple H admonished him afterward.
Flores provided some perspective on the situation:
Fans were geared up for that showdown between Stardust and Amell before Raw even started. Enterprising YouTube user LeeTV1979 crafted a trailer for that battle:
After the two foes' run-in on Monday's Raw, he quickly produced an updated version.
Stardust's pushing Amell in the face and Green Arrow's subsequent response was the most watched WWE video of the week. Never mind that WWE posted a clip of Superstar finisher combinations or that a fan captured the aftermath of the Reigns fan incident; people clearly wanted to rewatch Amell tagging Stardust with right hands.
The video has garnered over 1.7 millions views up to this point:
Following that confrontation, Stardust is not done with Amell. The two will face off in a tag match at SummerSlam. And he's clearly in "vicious" mode going into that battle.
He posted an unsettling tweet about what he plans to do to his enemy:
The bizarre, face-painted heel would be an ideal opponent for the current NXT champion. Should Finn Balor get decked out in his demon gear and do his haunting entrance, only to be followed by Stardust showcasing his own otherworldly style, the audience's heads might explode.
On Instagram, WWE caught Balor with a more stripped-down look, making one young fan's lucky day. The little guy went all out for the meetup and has Balor's demon look down pat:
And like last week, The Rock used his Instagram to stir up fans' memories.
Apparently he found an old cover of Rolling Stone where he is doing his signature People's Eyebrow pose. Seeing The Rock that young is sure to have some of us flashing back to the Attitude Era:
The new N.W.A. biopic Straight Outta Compton has folks remembering old times as well. It also has fans getting their meme on.
Part of the promotion for the film has been to offer fans a chance to create their own "Straight Outta" images. Inevitably, WWE fans started making these.
Because I'm a Guy was among those to insert Randy Orton into one of these memes, playing off where the announcers often say is the origin of Orton's RKO:
The winner of the WWE "Straight Outta" meme competition, though, goes to Paul Heyman. He shared a version that features his client Lesnar and is just perfect:
The Beast Incarnate plans to send Undertaker to that city at SummerSlam. If The Deadman needs any tips on getting around there, he should call up John Cena. The U.S. champ had an extended stay there last summer.
