
Paige Bueckers, Azzi Fudd Discuss Relationship in New Video from UConn Dynasty Documentary
Dallas Wings stars Paige Bueckers and Azzi Fudd are publicly speaking about their romantic relationship for the first time since becoming WNBA teammates in a UConn women's basketball documentary being released this weekend on Apple TV.
Bueckers about Fudd, who joined UConn during Bueckers' sophomore year, in a clip released Wednesday by the streaming platform.
"It kind of just meshed as soon as we met," Bueckers said in the clip. "She's sweet, she's genuine. She has a huge, caring heart. We kind of felt a spark a little bit different than what would just be a normal friendship."

Fudd added: "Paige and I are a couple, and everyone close to us that was important knew, but it was kind of one of those things— it's private, not a secret, but it's private."
The Wings drafted Fudd with the No. 1 pick in April, one year after selecting Bueckers at the top of the 2025 draft.
Fudd and Bueckers have since asked reporters for privacy about their relationship during Fudd's rookie WNBA season.
Apple TV's docuseries "The Dynasty: UConn Huskies" is set to premiere Friday.
The three-part docuseries starts with coach Geno Auriemma joining the program in 1985 and features interviews with former Huskies stars including Rebecca Lobo, Sue Bird and Diana Taurasi before culminating in Fudd and Bueckers' national title run in 2025.
