The Atlanta Dream's trio of All-Stars—guards Rhyne Howard and Allisha Gray plus forward Angel Reese—dominated on both ends Tuesday evening en route to a 97-82 road win over the Las Vegas Aces despite WNBA MVP favorite A'ja Wilson's 27-point, 14-rebound outing.

Here's a look at some box score statistics and highlights.

Reese posted her 24th double-double of the season and now averages 15.7 points and 12.0 rebounds per game.

She also helped spearhead a tremendous defensive effort. The Dream amassed 15 steals, including four apiece from Howard and Reese.

Howard, a four-time All-Star, continues to drop buckets with another 20-plus point game.

Gray also stayed hot after scoring 61 total points over her previous two games against the Connecticut Sun (29 points in just 28 minutes) and Indiana Fever (32 points, tied for her WNBA career-high).

Atlanta turned this game around in the second quarter after trailing 25-24 entering the frame. The Dream outscored the Aces 28-16 and ultimately took a 52-41 halftime lead.

Reese, Howard and Gray all hit threes during the second quarter.

Reese also did work down low.

Las Vegas didn't go away and cut the Dream lead to six points (88-82) after a pair of Wilson free throws with 1:46 remaining in regulation. Wilson certainly had her moments in this one.

However, the Dream ended the game on a 9-0 run. Gray got it started with a jumper, and then Jordin Canada made a layup after a Reese steal. Howard closed the scoring with a three-point play and then a pair of free throws.

This game also saw Aces head coach Becky Hammon get ejected following two technicals in the second quarter.

"(Hammon) felt like A'ja (Wilson) had gotten fouled a couple of times," Aces assistant coach Charlene Thomas-Swinson told reporters postgame (Hammon did not speak with the media after the contest). "It is the lens of a referee being able to not see the right angle, but you see.

"(Hammon) had asked for that a couple of times, and unfortunately it just didn't work out."

Both teams will play next on Thursday.

The fifth-place Dream, who now hold a 22-13 record, will play the second matchup of its four-game Western Conference road trip at the Los Angeles Sparks. The third-place Aces (24-13) will host the Connecticut Sun.
