Saints' Erik McCoy Throws Cowboys Player's Helmet on Video as Teams Fight 7 Times at Joint Practice

It's safe to say things got fairly heated during Tuesday's joint practice between the New Orleans Saints and Dallas Cowboys.

A fight broke out involving the Dallas defense and the New Orleans offense that involved a number of players, including Saints center Erik McCoy. All McCoy did was launch a Cowboys helmet into the air:

As it turns out, there were a number of fights throughout the practice:

Even Dak Prescott exchanged some words with Chase Young:

The Cowboys and Saints face each other in each team's third and final preseason contest on Aug. 28. While individual players will be fighting for roster spots, there won't be much at stake in terms of the actual game itself.

However, there could be additional motivation on each side after tensions spilled over during Tuesday's practice.
