5 Potential Kenny Omega vs. Will Ospreay Outcomes at AEW All In 2026

Chris MuellerAug 19, 2026

The main event of All In will see Will Ospreay challenge Kenny Omega for the AEW World Heavyweight Championship.

For many fans, the outcome seems predictable, but there are several ways we could get to that outcome, and a few possible swerves that could turn things the other way.

This feud has been built up more than any other storyline on the card. Ospreay has been tied to Omega since he debuted with the company, and this feels like their years of history coming to a head.

The Billy Goat will have the home-field advantage at Wembley Stadium, but Omega seems determined to prove to Ospreay that he is the better man.

Let's look at some of the possible outcomes for this match.

Ospreay Wins Clean

If you're a fan of Ospreay, the best possible outcome would be him defeating Omega clean in the middle of the ring to win the belt.

It would be the most satisfying conclusion for a lot of people because it would put all of the focus on Ospreay for his big moment in front of his countrymen in England.

However, some fans will also find this to be one of the most boring possible outcomes because it seems so predictable. It feels like all of this has been set up to put the belt on Ospreay, and if that is what happens, some people might think it was so obvious that AEW should have swerved us instead.

Sadly, you can't please everyone, but if you're a fan of The Billy Goat, you probably want this ending.

Omega Wins Clean

A lot of people think Ospreay winning is a foregone conclusion, but there is always the possibility that Tony Khan wants to go a different direction.

Omega winning cleanly would be the most surprising ending to this match, and that is one big reason why it might happen. As exciting as AEW's action can be, it can also be rather predictable with results, so shocking everyone is not out of the question.

We also know AEW likes longer title reigns in the main event scene, and with Omega only having won the belt on July 8 and the last two champions having short reigns, TK might want to give Omega a lengthier run.

The Cleaner hitting the One-Winged Angel to score the win might not go over well in England, but it would make a lot of fans in the U.S. happy.

Ospreay Wins Dirty

Part of Ospreay's story with The Death Riders was about Jon Moxley attempting to get him to cross lines he was unwilling to cross, and that eventually led to him cutting ties with Mox and his crew.

But what if Ospreay is willing to get his hands dirty in a different way? He has already said he is calling some of his United Empire buddies, so even if he doesn't try to end Omega's career, he might use his friends to win.

The biggest problem with this outcome is that it would negate a lot of the progress Ospreay made when choosing not to put the plastic bag over Kenny's head.

Turning him heel now wouldn't make a lot of sense, and it would taint his first world title victory for a lot of British fans who will be watching from the stands. That is why this outcome, while possible, is a lot less likely to happen.

Omega Wins Dirty

The odds a full heel turn for Omega seem slim, but there is one way this match might end that sees him win due to outside interference.

Ospreay turned on Moxley and The Death Riders leading up to this match, so if Mox wants a little payback, he might see costing Ospreay the title as his best option.

This would allow AEW to keep the belt on Omega for a bit while kicking off a full Moxley vs. Ospreay feud at the same time, which is going to happen eventually anyway.

A dirty finish to a main event is never ideal, but this is one of the times when it would make sense for storytelling purposes. Moxley might even succeed in making Billy Goat cross his own boundaries by making him too angry to keep his cool after the loss.

An Ospreay who is at the end of his rope and wants revenge might even be more interesting than having him win the world title at this point.

Nobody Wins

The Death Riders getting involved not only creates the possibility of Omega retaining, but it could also lead to neither man actually winning.

Imagine this. Ospreay and Omega have a great back-and-forth match that feels like it's building to the finish, and then Moxley and his cohorts appear to destroy both men.

This would definitely be the least popular outcome proposed in this article, but this is pro wrestling, so all things are possible until a decision is made by management.

Having Mox take out both men and declare his intentions to regain the title would put Ospreay and Omega back on the same side temporarily. It could even lead to Billy Goat teaming up with The Elite to battle The Death Riders in one of AEW's big stipulations like Stadium Stampede or Blood and Guts.

This wouldn't be a satisfying conclusion to All In, but we have to consider it as a possibility.

How do you think Ospreay vs. Omega will end at All In?
