Bleacher Report catches you up on the latest news from the WWE Universe.

Rumors on Solo Sikoa's Role on Monday Night Raw

After being featured in both the opening segment and the main event of last week's episode of Monday Night Raw, Solo Sikoa's popularity appears to be skyrocketing.

Corey Brennan of Fightful Select reported that the episode was internally titled "Solo Act," which explains Sikoa's prominent position during the show.

Sikoa opened the show in a segment with his older brother, Jey Uso, that produced a viral meme after he mocked Uso's "warning shot" catchphrase.

Sikoa and Uso then faced off in the main event, with Sikoa losing after interference from Uso's twin, Jimmy. The loss means that Sikoa will have to rejoin The Bloodline, which could muzzle his colorful personality that fans have come to love.

Still, it seems like WWE has big plans in store for Sikoa, so it will be interesting to see how this next chapter unfolds in the long-running Bloodline story.

Bayley Reportedly Draws Backstage Heat amid Contract Rumors

Bayley's contract status with WWE has drawn significant attention in recent weeks, and it now sounds like she's ruffled some feathers backstage.

Last week, Bayley posted a training video on Instagram that included several wrestlers from outside WWE, including AEW Superstar Mercedes Moné. She captioned the post, "All or nothing, baby," and used the song "All In," which could be seen as a reference to AEW.

It was reported on WrestleVotes Radio on FightfulSelect that Bayley's post may have caused some tension within WWE.

"In news elsewhere, WrestleVotes on Fightful Select does not have a substantial update on Bayley's contract status with WWE, but they've learned that the social media video she posted did not 'land well with everyone,'" the report stated (h/t Todd Black of WrestlePurists). "... It was viewed by some backstage as 'eyebrow-raising.'"

It was previously reported that Bayley's contract expires in January, and she has yet to sign a new deal with WWE. She's expected to be kept off WWE programming until and unless she re-signs with the company.

Bayley is one of the most beloved veterans of the Women's Division, but it's obvious that her role in WWE has been reduced in recent years. She could seek new opportunities elsewhere, and a reunion with Moné, her real-life best friend, would be a logical next step.

For now, it sounds like Bayley's standing within WWE is in question after her cheeky social media post.

Update on Rey Mysterio's Daughter's WWE Status

The Mysterios are reportedly keeping it in the family once again, as another member of the clan is joining the wrestling business.

According to PWInsider (h/t WrestlePurists), Aalyah Mysterio, the daughter of Hall of Famer Rey Mysterio and sister of Dominik Mysterio, is now part of the internal roster and has officially begun training at the WWE Performance Center. Aalyah is currently listed with her surname Gutierrez, not Mysterio.

Aalyah Mysterio appeared on WWE programming multiple times, and she was once featured in a storyline during the pandemic era when the company was filming at the Thunderdome in Florida.

During an appearance on The Undertaker's Six Feet Under podcast earlier this summer, Rey Mysterio revealed that his daughter has been begging to follow in his footsteps for quite some time, and he relented once she graduated from college.

"This was all prior to — this was WrestleMania, the first one we had in Vegas. 'Dad, when are you taking me to the ring? When are you taking me to the ring?' I said, 'When you graduate, I'll take you to the ring.' So, she graduated in July of last year. U.C.S.D. (University of California San Diego). Human Biology. Showed me the diploma, and it was, 'OK, I'm ready,'" Mysterio explained (h/t Andrew Thompson of Fightful). "Took her up in October of last year, she loved it. Sent her again, this year, February, for two weeks, she loved it, and now we are in May, end of May, and she's getting ready to go up there and establish herself at the PC. So, I'm excited. If you would have told me your kids are gonna grow up and become wrestlers, both of 'em, I think you're wrong."

After Dominik's rise to superstardom, Aalyah could be the latest Mysterio to continue the family legacy and make her mark in WWE.
