Caitlin Clark avoided an injury scare late in the first half of the Indiana Fever's 98-87 win over the Dallas Wings on Friday night.

Speaking to reporters after the game (starts at :04 mark), Clark said her ankle feels "good" and she was "moving perfectly fine" coming out for the second half.

The play occurred with around 50 seconds remaining in the second quarter when Clark rolled her left ankle after inadvertently stepping on Alysha Clark's foot.

Clark checked out of the game and walked back to the locker room with 40 seconds remaining in the period.

There was nothing afterward to indicate Clark was limited on the floor. She finished with 29 points and 10 assists overall, with 20 points and six assists coming in 16 minutes during the second half.

Indiana outscored Dallas 35-21 in the fourth quarter to secure its third straight victory. Clark has recorded at least 20 points and 10 rebounds in each of the three wins.

Clark has played in 30 of 34 games for the Fever so far this season. Her last absence was on July 9 due to a back injury, but she has played in 12 straight games since then.

The Fever are 9-3 in those 12 games with marquee wins over the Wings, Las Vegas Aces and two against the New York Liberty. They have moved into fourth place in the postseason standings and trail the Aces by 1.5 games for the No. 3 seed with 10 games remaining in the regular season.
