New WWE Rumors on Plans For Brewers' Jacob Misiorowski to Be Featured on Raw in Milwaukee
WWE is reportedly attempting to secure Milwaukee Brewers ace starting pitcher Jacob Misiorowski for an appearance on the Sept. 28 episode of Raw.
According to Fightful Select, WWE has "inquired" about using Misiorowski on that particular Raw with an eye toward putting him in a segment with The Miz since Misiorowski's nickname is also "The Miz."
The Brewers will play their final regular-season game on Sept. 27, and since it is a home game, it stands to reason that Misiorowski could be available.
Of course, Misiorowski and the Brewers figure to be preparing for the playoffs at that point, as they entered play on Thursday with the best record in the National League at 74-47.
The 24-year-old Misiorowski is a two-time All-Star over his two MLB seasons, and he appears to be the favorite for the 2026 NL Cy Young Award.
Through 22 starts, the 6'7" flame thrower is 11-5 with a NL-best 1.76 ERA, 0.74 WHIP and 204 strikeouts over 133 innings.
WWE has worked with athletes from other sports many times over the years, and having one of MLB's budding stars on Raw would be a great way to get more eyes on the product.
Also, while The Miz is a two-time WWE champion and one of the most-decorated Superstars in WWE history, he has shown over the years that he has no qualms about getting beaten up by a celebrity guest.
Misiorowski getting physically involved is probably a long shot because of the impending MLB playoffs, but an appearance may not be off the table, especially if it leads to a WWE Superstar doing the dirty work for him against The Miz.
