Maxx Crosby, Danielle Hunter Named to NFL Top 100, Check Out the Updated 2026 Rankings

Maxx Crosby and Danielle Hunter are undoubtedly two of the best players in the NFL.

The 24th- and 23rd-best players to be exact, at least in the eyes of their peers.

The Las Vegas Raiders and Houston Texans pass-rushers were the latest inclusions in the NFL Top 100, which is voted on by players across the league. Crosby checked in two spots lower from last year's list when he was No. 22, while Hunter moved up two spots from No. 25.

Here is where they stand in this year's Top 100, as of Thursday.

Crosby was one of the headliners of the offseason, as he was traded to the Baltimore Ravens before the AFC North team backed out of the deal because of medical concerns.

That means one of the league's top pass-rushers is still in Las Vegas and will look to help lead the team into contention in the AFC West while adding to his own list of individual accolades.

He is a five-time Pro Bowler with four seasons of double-digit sacks, including last year when he posted 10 in 15 games. He also tallied 28 tackles for loss, which was more than his totals in 2022 (22) and 2023 (23) when he led the league in the category in back-to-back years.

While Crosby's immediate future seemed up in the air this offseason, his talent is unquestionable.

And that is why he is on this list.

But he is looking up at a fellow pass-rusher in Hunter, who was a major reason Houston's defense was so dominant last season. The Texans finished first in the league in yards allowed and second in points allowed while reaching the AFC Divisional Round.

Hunter is also a five-time Pro Bowler and is coming off another excellent season that saw him named to the All-Pro Second Team.

The LSU product finished with 54 tackles, 15 sacks, three passes defended, three forced fumbles and one fumble recovery while appearing in all 17 games. It was his fourth straight season with double-digit sacks.

He and Will Anderson make up one of the best one-two punches in terms of pass-rush in the league, and it would be anything but a surprise if the Texans defense was once again among the NFL's best with them leading the way.
