Shedeur Sanders, Deshaun Watson QB1 Battle Highlights Browns' 1st Unofficial Depth Chart Reveal

The Cleveland Browns aren't offering many hints when it comes to the starting quarterback position.

The team was extremely cagey on its first unofficial depth chart, listing "Deshaun Watson or Shedeur Sanders" as the QB1 while the two men engage in a summer battle for the starting gig:

Head coach Todd Monken has made it clear throughout training camp that the pair would share first-team reps and would each start a preseason game.

"They've been great, and I think they've both improved—I've always said that about Shedeur," he told reporters Monday. "But even over the last week or so, Deshaun has played better [than previously]. He's looked better, he's made better decisions. I think some of that grows, like all of us, as they have success. Their confidence grows with the success they have every day."
