O'Cyrus Torrence, Bills Reportedly Agree to $78.4M Contract Ahead of 2026 NFL Season

O'Cyrus Torrence, one of the key members of a dominant Buffalo Bills offensive line, has been rewarded with a contract extension.

Per NFL Network's Ian Rapoport, the Bills and Torrence have agreed to terms on a four-year, $78.4 million deal that includes more than $46 million in guaranteed money.

Torrence was entering the final season of his rookie contract with a $3.8 million base salary in 2026 before his extension.

With his new deal averaging $19.6 million per season, Torrence is the seventh-highest-paid guard in the NFL. He is sandwiched between Quenton Nelson at $20 million and Landon Dickerson at $19.5 million.

Torrence was a second-round pick by the Bills in the 2023 draft and has appeared in all 51 games through his first three seasons. The only game he hasn't started was in Week 18 of the 2024 campaign when Buffalo had already secured a playoff spot.

One reason the Bills have maintained a high level of offensive performance over the years is the continuity along their offensive line. Torrence, Connor McGovern, Spencer Brown and Dion Dawkins are now all under contract through at least the 2027 season.

The one new starter for that group going into 2026 is Alec Anderson, who is replacing David Edwards at left guard. Anderson has been with the Bills since 2022 and has appeared in all 34 games over the past two seasons.

Per ESPN's offensive line metrics, the Bills ranked first in run-block win rate and fourth in pass-block win rate last season. The Chicago Bears and Los Angeles Rams were the only other teams in the top five in both categories.

Torrence was charged with allowing three sacks last season in 1,129 total offensive snaps played.
