Caitlin Clark, A'ja Wilson's Final Box Score Stats, Highlights as Aces Beat Fever

The Las Vegas Aces defeated the Indiana Fever, 86-84, in a clash of two of the league's biggest stars on Thursday.

Caitlin Clark and A'ja Wilson both shook off rough starts and finished strong down the stretch in an exciting overtime finish.

Wilson had 26 points, 13 boards and two blocks while shooting 10-of-25 from the field.

Clark finished with 20 points and eight assists but shot 7-of-20 from the field and 2-of-10 from deep. She also turned the ball over seven times.

Clark managed to get things going a bit late in the game.

With Clark struggling to get going for much of the game, Kelsey Mitchell and Aliyah Boston led the way for Indiana's offense. Mitchell finished with 28 points, while Boston had 21 points and 12 boards. She also had a clutch bucket to give Indiana the lead in the final 30 seconds.

Jackie Young helped carry the load for Las Vegas, posting 22 points and nine assists. Chelsea Gray didn't get much going on offense, but she drilled a game-tying three in the final seconds to send things to overtime.

In overtime, the two sides went back and forth for five minutes, and Mitchell delivered a go-ahead bucket with just over 30 seconds remaining. Las Vegas responded, though, as Gray once again came through with the game-winner at the buzzer.

The Aces improved to 22-9 with the win and claimed sole possession of second place in the WNBA standings. Indiana dropped to 19-12, but still sits in fifth place in the standings.
