Little League Softball World Series 2026 Wednesday Bracket Results and Highlights

The race for the biggest trophy in Little League softball continued with two elimination games Wednesday in Greenville.

Wednesday Highlights

Mid-Atlantic 11, Asia-Pacific 0

Asia-Pacific is out of the LLSWS after losing a rematch against the Mid-Atlantic.

Back on Sunday, the Mid-Atlantic team from Toms River, New Jersey started out its LLSWS run with a 4-1 loss to Asia-Pacific's Kinki Softball of Sango, Japan.

After claiming a 13-3 rout of New England's Connecticut on Tuesday, New Jersey earned a shot at a rematch against their opponents from Sango.

New Jersey started off Wednesday's game strong by taking advantage of a pair of Japanese errors in the top of the first.

While the offense opened scoring on a trio of sacrifice flies in the first three innings, New Jersey kept Japan off the board thanks to pitching from Jaelyn Brown and third-base defense from Analeise Curley.

New Jersey later put the game out of Japan's reach with an eight-run flurry in the top of the sixth.

Toms River will now continue its bid to follow West Suburban from Johnstown, Pennsylvania as the second straight LLSWS champion from the Mid-Atlantic Region.

New Jersey team will next play Friday against the loser of Puerto Rico vs. Kentucky.

Northwest 9, Canada 1

The Northwest kept their World Series hopes alive with a blowout elimination win over Canada.

OnField Little League from Repentigny, Quebec got on the board in the fourth inning but were unable to overcome an early deficit to Snohomish Little League from Snohomish, Washington.

Washington first took advantage of some Canadian errors to open scoring in the top of the second.

Errors continued to plague Canada's defense as Washington scored six runs across the third and fourth frames.

Canada got on the board on an RBI fly ball in the bottom of the fourth before pitcher Madison Locke ended the frame with a shutout.

Washington added two more runs in the sixth to close out the win.

Locke, the daughter of Team Canada softball Olympic medalist Danielle Lawrie, finished out the win having thrown 12 strikes in six innings.

Washington will now advance to face the loser of Florida or North Carolina, which are set to face off Thursday in Greenville.
