George and Judy Lombard had an incredible experience watching both of their sons homer on Tuesday night.

Their reaction to New York Yankees shortstop George Lombard Jr. hitting a home run in his first career big-league plate appearance at Yankee Stadium against the St. Louis Cardinals was captured by MLB on social media.

While George was hitting a homer in his first MLB appearance, Jacob also hit a home run in his first professional game after being selected with the No. 14 overall pick by the Miami Marlins in the 2026 draft.

George Lombard Jr. became the 14th player in Yankees history to homer in their first career plate appearance. His blast helped lead the Bronx Bombers to a 2-0 victory over St. Louis.
