Steelers OL Alejandro Villanueva Has Put on Nearly 100 Pounds Since Last Season

If you haven’t seen Pittsburgh Steelers offensive tackle Alejandro Villanueva since last season, it’s because the man has being living in the weight room.
At least, that’s what it looks like:
According to Mark Kaboly of the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review, the 26-year-old has put on 95 pounds since last summer, when he was cut from the Philadelphia Eagles as a defensive lineman.

Villanueva, a West Point graduate and U.S. Army Ranger captain who has served three tours in Afghanistan, certainly looks like he’s ready for the NFL.
