Sabrina Ionescu Debuts 7-Eleven Inspired 'Slurpee' Nike Sabrina 4 Shoes During Liberty vs. Mercury

New York Liberty star Sabrina Ionescu debuted her latest Nike shoes during the team's 94-92 win over the Phoenix Mercury on Saturday.

Ionescu wore her "Slurpee" Nike Sabrina 4s in the victory, inspired by her past experience with hustling courts for 7-Eleven money alongside her twin brother (via footwear industry insider Nick DePaula).

The four-time All-Star finished with a game-high 27 points and 10 assists against Phoenix, shooting 9-of-19 from the field and 4-of-10 from behind the arc. She also grabbed seven rebounds and picked up one steal.

Ionescu has remained a key piece of New York's offense this year despite having her season debut delayed due to an ankle injury.

She's averaging 16.2 points, 4.6 assists and 4.1 rebounds per game while connecting on 42.2 percent of her field goals and 34.2 percent of her triples.

The Liberty improved to 17-13 with Saturday's win, sitting at No. 8 in the WNBA standings.
