Breanna Stewart Makes History Passing Candace Parker in WNBA All-Time Scoring, Updated Top 10 List

Despite the New York Liberty coming up short in Thursday's marquee matchup with the Las Vegas Aces, Breanna Stewart made history by passing Candace Parker on the WNBA all-time scoring list.

Stewart's third-quarter bucket moved her past Parker for 10th place on the WNBA scoring list.

Here is the updated WNBA scoring list with Stewart now sitting in 10th place.

Stewart finished the game with a team-high 26 points in the Liberty's 104-99 loss. She entered the day needing 14 to match Parker's total of 6,574 points from her 13-year career.

The Liberty star has played 320 career games thus far, compared to 410 for Parker. She is on pace to average more than 20 points per game for the sixth time in 10 seasons.

Stewart is one of four active players among the WNBA's top-10 scoring leaderboard. Tina Charles, DeWanna Bonner and Nneka Ogwumike are the others.

With 15 games remaining in the regular season, Stewart could finish 2026 as high as seventh on the scoring list. Assuming she plays every game and maintains her season average of 21.3 points, she would score around 320 more points total.

That would push her career mark up to 6,908 points, 13 more than Candice Parker in the No. 7 spot.

Stewart and the Liberty will wrap up their three-game Western Conference road trip on Saturday against the Phoenix Mercury.
