Danhausen Beats Dom Mysterio for $100,000 'Human Monies' at WWE SummerSlam 2026

Danhausen defeated Dominik Mysterio in a Human Monies on a Pole match on Night 2 of WWE SummerSlam 2026 on Sunday.

It came amid an appearance from Joe Hendry, who joined the fray to counter interference from Judgment Day member JD McDonagh:

The Minihausens were also on hand to help Danhausen, but with Mysterio looking set to win, Danhausen caused the pyro in the corner of the ring to go off in his opponent's face.

Mysterio fell off the ropes as a result, leaving Danhausen to claim the bag of cash and the win.

For months, Danhausen has been a thorn in the side of The Judgment Day, and things finally came to a head on Sunday, as he and Mysterio clashed with $100,000 hanging in the balance.

Several weeks ago, The Judgment Day attempted to pay Danhausen in exchange for him cursing Oba Femi ahead of a King of the Ring semifinal between Femi and Dirty Dom.

Danhausen accepted the $100,000, but he ultimately refused to curse Femi out of fear of reprisal for The Ruler.

In the weeks that followed, Dominik and Co. went to great lengths to get their money back, but Danhausen refused to compensate them.

On top of that, Danhausen played a role in Judgment Day member Liv Morgan losing her Queen of the Ring final match against Iyo Sky, as he cursed her before the bout after she confronted him about the money.

With Danhausen meddling in their business and refusing to play ball, The Judgment Day decided to press the issue by stealing the custom jersey Danhausen was gifted by the NBA champion New York Knicks after he uncursed them and spurred them to their first title in over 50 years.

That led to a No DQ match between Danhausen and JD McDonagh at Saturday Night's Main Event last month, and Danhausen won the match thanks in large part to some help from Knicks star Karl-Anthony Towns.

Danhausen vs. Mysterio was made official for SummerSlam shortly thereafter, and Dom tried to get the jump on Danhausen by sneak attacking him during a concert with Hendry. Welterweight boxing champion Ryan Garcia aided Mysterio in the beatdown.

When Raw general manager Adam Pearce pressed Danhausen to pay Mysterio and The Judgment Day back the money in order to put a stop to their actions, Danhausen called for Pearce to put the "human monies" on a pole.

Pearce agreed to the stipulation, and it ultimately worked in Danhausen's favor, as he secured the cash at SummerSlam, ensuring he does not have to reimburse Mysterio.
