NASCAR In-Season Tournament Bracket 2026 Winner, Point Standings After Indianapolis

Todd Gilliland finished 24th in Sunday's Brickyard 400 at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, but he still walked away with $1 million.

Gilliland won the second-ever NASCAR In-Season Challenge, beating Ryan Blaney in the championship round. Blaney placed 26th to finish as the runner-up.

Corey Heim kissed the bricks on Sunday, though, finishing first for his first Cup Series win of the season and second overall win this year.

In-Season Challenge Results

No. 34 Todd Gilliland def. No. 3 Ryan Blaney

For much of the race, Gilliland was not only in position to beat Blaney, but to win the race entirely. He finished stage two in second place, just behind Ross Chastain.

But Gilliland's lead over Blaney quickly vanished as Blaney jumped in front. He remained ahead of Gilliland until Lap 120, when Blaney made contact with John Hunter Nemechek and triggered a multi-car incident.

That bumped Blaney well behind Gilliland heading into the final 40 laps.

Blaney managed to fight back from 10 spots down, though, moving to within two spots of Gilliland heading into the final 10 laps. Ultimately, Blaney didn't have quite enough to catch up, and Gilliland snuck away with a win.

Gilliland was one of the lower seeds in the In-Season Challenge, but managed to pull off four consecutive upsets to walk away with a massive cash prize.
