Sha'Carri Richardson, Noah Lyles Win 100M USA National Titles, Full Results and Highlight Videos

Sha'Carri Richardson has secured her third national title in the women's outdoor 100m.

Richardson recorded a winning time of 10.77 seconds during Friday's final during the 2026 USA Track and Field Championships at New York's Icahn Stadium.

Later Saturday, Noah Lyles matched his personal-best time of 9.79 seconds to win the men's national 100m title.

Richardson won the national outdoor 100m title in 2023 and 2024. She had an injury setback ahead of the 2025 season and went on to miss the cut for the 100m finals at the 2025 USATF championships.

She matched her 2026 season best in Friday's run in order to claim her third career victory in the national event.

"It just feels phenomenal to be back in a better place – healthy, mentally, physically, emotionally," Richardson told NBC after the event (h/t Olympics.com's Nick McCarvel and Rhiannon Walker).

Lyles tied his all-time best and set the world's fastest time in the men's 100-meter with his run later Friday.

The run marked the third U.S. 100m title for Lyles, who also won the outdoor event in 2018 and 2024.

Lyles was asked about his upcoming plans, including for the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics, after the race.

"I was just playing around this year. I'm scared for y'all next year. I'm real scared. Y'all ain't gonna have this nice Noah who goes around, who thinks it's all good," Lyles told NBC (h/t USA Today's Tyler Dragon). "Next year I got plans. I got places to run fast, so you better pray, go to sleep and don't get scared when I run up on you."

Kenny Bednarek, the reigning champion in the men's 100m, earned third place after finishing just behind Ronnie Baker. Reigning women's 100m champion Melissa Jefferson-Wooden sat out the event as part of her focus on the 200m.
