Check Out Chelsea's New Black Away Kit in Epic Trending Photos, Video Ahead of 2026 Season

Chelsea is embracing a new black and gold look ahead of the 2026-27 season.

Nike and the Premier League club released a first introduction Tuesday to the club's new away kit.

Chelsea famously used yellow or gold third kits during their dominant run in the 1990s.

This is the first time since the 2021-22 season a Chelsea away kit has featured yellow or gold accents, according to the club.

The uniforms feature a golden laurel wreath pattern around the collar and sleeves and more gold accents on the ribs, shoulders and socks.

Like in Chelsea's home kits, the shirt displays the rampant lion standing free of the circle that usually encloses him the Blues' crest.

Chelsea will debut the new kit during the men's preseason tour, which kicks off next Tuesday in Sydney, Australia.
