Bianca Belair Gives New Photo Update on Finger Injury Suffered at WWE WrestleMania 41
Bianca Belair has been out of action since WWE WrestleMania 41 in April 2025, when she suffered a finger injury during a triple threat match for the Women's World Championship with Iyo Sky and Rhea Ripley.
On Saturday, Belair answered a handful of questions from fans, including one query about her finger. She responded with a picture.
Last July, Belair sat down with journalist Chris Van Vliet for a wide-ranging interview that included discussion of the injury.
She revealed that the injury occurred during a triple German suplex spot with Ripley and Sky off the turnbuckle. Her finger inadvertently got caught underneath Ripley as they fell to the mat. Belair revealed that her finger got broken in three different spots.
She also said during an appearance on BET's 106 & Sports (h/t F4WOnline'sย Bryan Rose)ย that she broke her knuckle.
Belair underwent surgery last February and started rehab the day afterward.
Per BodySlam.netย (h/tย Subhojeet Mukherjeeย of Ringside News) in March, Belair had "started doing some light training."
Belair has made some appearances since the injury, including at WWE WrestleMania 42, when she revealed her pregnancy.
Last June, Belair posted a hopeful injury update on her Instagram story, per Subhojeet Mukherjee of Ringside News.
"One thing about being pregnantโฆ it's really given me the time to get my finger better!!! We are still on therapy and We are bending!"
The swollen finger Belair showed doesn't necessarily symbolize good news. The hope, of course, is that the finger can be healed 100 percent, or as close as possible, and that she can return to action down the line.
On a much happier note, the two-time WWE Women's Championship and one-time WWE SmackDown Women's Champion will soon welcome a baby with her husband, Montez Ford.
Best wishes to them, of course, as they start their own family.
