Shedeur Sanders, Deshaun Watson Work Out Together in Video Amid Browns QB1 Competition

Cleveland Browns quarterbacks Deshaun Watson and Shedeur Sanders worked out together on Friday alongside some teammates as training camp approaches shortly.

Instagram user @marrinthecut provided highlights on his IG stories of Browns players getting to work.

Jared Mueller of Dawgs by Nature also relayed some of those videos, which also featured Browns wide receivers Jerry Jeudy and Isaiah Bond.

Cleveland is entering a new era under first-year head coach Todd Monken, the Baltimore Ravens' former offensive coordinator. Monken's biggest task thus far is deciding the Browns' starting QB.

Obviously, training camp will provide Monken with some more insight toward making a decision. As far as which QB has the lead now, Watson is the best guess, but the gap isn't vast.

"It appeared for much of the offseason program that Deshaun Watson had the edge over Sanders based on his superior athleticism and experience," she said.

"Sanders seemed to have narrowed the gap the past couple of weeks with his grasp of the playbook and increased efficiency in practice."

Both players will get their chances to shine soon enough when training camp begins on Friday, July 31.
