Predicting Every Team's Biggest Bust 😬
Rodgers spent the first part of the offseason contemplating whether he'd play in 2026 and with which team he'd spend the campaign. He ultimately agreed to return to Pittsburgh on a one-year deal worth $25 million, reuniting with new Steelers head coach Mike McCarther, whom he was with in Green Bay.
While Rodgers is the oldest player in the league and will be 43 when the season ends, he's remained productive. Last season, he threw for 3,322 yards, 24 touchdowns and seven interceptions, enough to lead the Steelers to the postseason.
Pittsburgh will look to get back to the playoffs for Rodgers' last dance, and it has done well to give him some offensive weapons to throw to. The Steelers added wide receiver Michael Pittman Jr. earlier in the offseason before drafting Germie Bernard in the second round of the draft in April.
Rodgers has clearly been locked in on preparing for the 2026 campaign, attending the Steelers' OTAs earlier this offseason. That move from the veteran could help set the tone for the year to come.
Now, the Steelers' offense has a bonding trip behind them, which should only help heading into training camp and the start of the season.
