2026 MLBx All-Star 3-on-3 Winners, Twitter Reaction and Highlights

The inaugural MLBx All-Star 3-on-3 game delivered plenty of excitement Sunday, with Team Victorino emerging victorious in the first edition of the event.

Team Victorino's Athletes Unlimited Softball League star Rachel Garcia earned MVP honors after delivering a standout performance that propelled her team to the inaugural MLBx All-Star 3-on-3 championship.

The coed competition featured a fast-paced, three-inning format in which every player took turns at the plate and in the field. 

Four teams competed in a single-elimination bracket consisting of two semifinal matchups and a championship game.

The rosters blended stars from across the sports and entertainment worlds, including Philadelphia Phillies legends, current and former Philadelphia Eagles players, AUSL standouts, a former Atlanta Braves star and actors and musicians.

Semifinal Game 1

Team Howard def. Team Rollins, 36-34

Team Rollins stood one point away from a walk-off victory after AUSL star Tiare Jennings put her team in position to end the game. 

The celebrity pinch hitter, DSARM, however, was unable to deliver the game-winning home run, allowing Team Howard to capitalize with key defensive plays and pile up crucial points.

Alyssa Brito emerged as the difference-maker in the semifinal, powering Team Howard with a game-high 18 points. 

The former Oklahoma standout starred on both sides of the ball, delivering clutch swings at the plate while flashing her defensive instincts with several highlight-reel catches that helped propel her team to the championship.

Semifinal Game 2

Team Victorino def. Team Atlanta Braves, 25-23

Defense stole the spotlight in the second semifinal, as both teams battled in a tightly contested matchup.

Former Atlanta Braves star Andruw Jones was held scoreless through the first inning, much to the delight of Philadelphia fans, while Phillies legend Shane Victorino powered Team Victorino with 16 points.

With the game tied 23-23, UC San Diego alum Garcia delivered the decisive moment. After ringing the hot streak bell to begin the round, Garcia stepped to the plate and launched a walk-off home run on her first swing, sending Team Victorino to the championship.

Team Victorino def. Team Howard, 48-39

Garcia set the tone for Team Victorino in the championship, erupting for 18 points and showcasing her offensive ability after making her mark as a pitcher in the AUSL.

Team Victorino controlled the matchup from the start, with its captain building an early advantage before Garcia blew the game open, extending the lead to 26 points with just one batter remaining for Team Howard.

Brito once again delivered a standout performance for Team Howard, closing the game with another impressive showing and trimming the deficit to nine. However, the gap proved too large to erase as time ran out and Team Victorino secured the inaugural MLB x All-Star 3-on-3 championship.
