Mariners Unveil Bacon Salmon Sandwich, More New Concession Menu Items in Photos for 2026 MLB Season

The Seattle Mariners are unveiling a number of new concession items this season, including a Bacon Salmon Sandwich from Ivar's and a Quesatrompo from El Riconsito.

Here's a look:

The sandwich is "smoked bacon and crispy chicken fillets topped with Kidd Valley fixings, including lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, Kidd Valley spread and pepper jack cheese, served on a brioche bun," per the Mariners' website.

The Quesatrompo, meanwhile, is a pair of "crispy corn tortillas, marinated pork, grilled pineapple, pineapple salsa and melted mozzarella cheese."

A number of other items were unveiled by the Mariners on their site, so the eating should be good this summer in Seattle. The baseball has been pretty solid as well, with the 47-46 Mariners currently atop the AL West by half a game over the Texas Rangers.
