How did Leo Messi react? Within 13 minutes, he had scored two free-kicks of his own.

The man is amazing.

Barcelona made it 3-1 just before half-time, with Rafinha scoring after some delightful work by Luis Suarez

In the 52nd minute, Suarez then got on the scoresheet himself to make it 4-1.

Jose Antonio Reyes did get one back for Sevilla in 57th minute.

And things really got interesting in the 72nd minute, when Kevin Gameiro scored a penalty.

Amazingly, Sevilla levelled things up in the 81st minute as new signing Yevhen Konoplyanka made it 4-4.

There was one more twist, though, as Pedro won the game for Barcelona in extra time on the same day he asked to leave the club.
