Reeve cut her teeth at the college level before serving as an assistant for a handful of WNBA teams in the early 2000s. She was named the head coach of the Lynx in 2010 and has quickly established herself among the all-time greats.
A four-time Coach of the Year, she's led Minnesota to four titles during her time at the helm, the most recent of which came in 2017. She holds the record for the most championships won by a WNBA coach.
It could be a while before any coach comes close to passing Reeve for the most wins all-time. The closest active coach to her is the Toronto Tempo's Sandy Brondello, but she has just 269 wins. From there it's Las Vegas' Becky Hammon (117) and Indiana's Stephanie White (116), so Reeve essentially is in a league of her own.
The 59-year-old has also given no indication that she plans to call it a career anytime soon, so she can continue tacking on to her record.
The Lynx have once again had a tremendous year, sitting atop the WNBA standings at 16-6. Minnesota has finished with the top overall seed in each of the last two seasons and failed to take home a championship, but Reeve will look to change that trend this year and win her fifth title.
