The 28-year-old American continued to play consistent all-around tennis, committing just 22 unforced errors.

Match of the Day: Hubert Hurkacz vs. Jan-Lennard Struff

Hubert Hurkacz and Jan-Lennard Struff will meet in a matchup of two of the heaviest servers on tour.

While Hurkacz will enter as the favorite, Struff is a dangerous player on the grass with his serve and net play.

At 36 years old, Struff is seeking his first career major quarterfinal.

Struff has what it takes to make the match compelling, but Hurkacz's current form and experience with matches like these should be the difference-maker.

Expect this one to be decided by a few tie-breakers.

Prediction: Hubert Hurkacz def. Jan-Lennard Struff in 4 sets

Ashlyn Krueger def. Daria Snigur, 6-3, 6-2

Alexandra Eala earned the biggest upset win of the tournament, beating Iga Swiatek in straight sets.

Eala won the first set in 85 minutes, which culminated in a thrilling tiebreaker.

The 21-year-old carried her momentum into the second set, where she raced off to a 4-0 lead.

Swiatek then won the two next games but was broken once again, trailing 5-2.

The defending Wimbledon champion struggled with form throughout, committing 44 unforced errors.

Her inability to convert six of seven break-point chances in the second set proved to be the decisive factor.

But that wasn't the only upset of the day.

No. 2 seed Elena Rybakina lost to Elise Mertens in straight sets.

Rybakina, who is considered one of the best servers on tour, only made 42 percent of her first serves.

That allowed Mertens to play much more aggressively on second-serve returns, where she won 21 of 33 points.

Below, you can find Sunday's schedule:

7:30 a.m. ET

Karolina Muchova (10) vs. Barbora Krejcikova

8 a.m. ET

Match of The Day: Naomi Osaka (14) vs. Aryna Sabalenka (1)

Aryna Sabalenka and Naomi Osaka will meet in the Round of 16 in a match that promises to excite.

While Osaka will enter as the heavy underdog, she has been playing some impressive tennis lately.

However, Sabalenka is always a daunting opponent on this surface with her heavy serve and blistering baseline aggression.

Like their 2026 French Open match, this is expected to be yet another close battle.

While Osaka is certainly capable of winning this match, Sabalenka is performing one tier above right now.

Prediction: No. 1 Aryna Sabalenka def. No. 14 Naomi Osaka in 3 sets
