WNBA legends Teresa Weatherspoon and Cynthia Cooper were announced as the general managers who will select this year's All-Star teams.

This is the third straight year that Clark, Boston and Mitchell have all been selected to represent the Fever at the All-Star Game, but the first year that they were all selected as starters. Clark ranks fourth in the WNBA with 21.2 points per game and second with 8.2 assists per game.

Wilson, the reigning league MVP, earned her eighth career All-Star selection while leading the league with averages of 25.7 points and 2.0 blocks. She also ranks fourth with an average of 9.4 rebounds.

Bueckers and Shepard have spearheaded a massive turnaround for a Wings team that finished with just 10 wins in 2025, as they already have an 11-8 record. Bueckers averages 19.9 points, while Shepard ranks second in the WNBA with 11.5 rebounds to go with her 14.3 points.

Miles is the only rookie to be selected as a starter after lighting up the league in her first year. She leads the Lynx with 18.7 points and 5.7 assists, holding down the fort for the injured Napheesa Collier and helping Minnesota rank first in the WNBA with a 15-4 record.

Fans accounted for 50 percent of the All-Star vote, with all current players and a media panel accounting for 25 percent each. The league's 15 head coaches will select the 12 reserves to fill out the rosters.

ESPNย explained that Weatherspoon and Cooper will serve as honorary general managers and select rosters from the pool of 22 All-Stars, which represents a departure from the longstanding format in which the top two vote-getters were named captains and selected their teams. The revamped format is reportedly part of the league's 30th anniversary season celebration.

The 2026 WNBA All-Star Game will be played in Chicago at the United Center on Saturday, July 25, at 8:30 p.m. ET on ABC.
