MLB All-Star Game 2026 Voting Results Update for Aaron Judge, Mike Trout, Top AL, NL Players

Julia StumbaughJun 30, 2026

Aaron Judge and Mike Trout remain on track to be voted into the 2026 MLB All-Star Game starting lineup with two days of voting remaining.

MLB provided a Tuesday update on which players are currently set to join the Los Angeles Dodgers' Shohei Ohtani and Toronto Blue Jays' Ernie Clement in the Midsummer Classic starting lineups.

Fans are allowed to vote once per day through Phase 2, which ends at noon ET on Thursday.

The 2026 MLB All-Star Game is set to take place July 14 in Philadelphia.

Both Judge and Trout are currently on the IL. Trout recently said he hopes to return in time for the All-Star Game, but the Yankees have yet to provide any clarity as to when Judge is expected to return.

Ohtani already earned his spot as the NL's starting designated hitter with more than 3.3 million total fan votes through Phase 1 of voting.

Clement will start at second base for the AL after receiving 3.2 million votes through the first phase. Votes did not carry over from Phase 1 to Phase 2.

One of the most tightly-contested Phase 2 races is taking place at first base in the AL, where the Blue Jays' Vladimir Guerrero Jr. and New York Yankees' Ben Rice have nearly split the vote.

The Yankees' Cody Bellinger is close to overtaking his teammate Judge for the third starting spot in the AL outfield.

The closest infield battle in the NL is taking place at shortstop, where the Atlanta Braves' Ozzie Albies currently has the edge over the Philadelphia Phillies' Bryson Stott.

The Braves' Ronald Acuña Jr. and the Dodgers' Andy Pages and Teoscar Hernández are each narrowly chasing a top-three spot among NL starting outfielders.

A few players are on track to become first-time All-Star starters barring upsets in Phase 2 voting, including the Philadelphia Phillies' Brandon Marsh and Kansas City Royals' Bobby Witt Jr.

Starters decided through Phase 2 voting, alongside pitchers and reserves, will be announced July 4 on FOX.
