Phillies' Bryce Harper Sends Message to MLB Teams After Clutch 9th-Inning HR to Beat Nationals
It seems like years ago that the Philadelphia Phillies appeared to be in a state of disarray when they were 10 games under .500.
After hitting a go-ahead two-run homer as part of a five-run ninth inning in a 10-5 win over the Washington Nationals on Thursday, Bryce Harper warned the rest of the league to "watch out" because "we're coming."

Harper's homer helped the Phillies to their third straight win over the Nationals in which they were trailing or tied in the ninth inning of each game.
Spencer Nusbaum of The Athletic noted there was more insult to the situation for Nationals fans who were chanting a "certain four-letter word" in front of Harper's name right before he hit the homer.
Since falling a season-high 10 games under the .500 mark following a 6-2 loss to the Atlanta Braves on April 26, the Phillies are 36-17 in their last 53 games. The Milwaukee Brewers (35-16) are the only team that has a better record in this period.
The Phillies have moved within four games of Atlanta for first place in the NL East.
