Updated 2026 WWE Night of Champions Card and Predictions for Match Order
The complexion of the upcoming SummerSlam premium live event will largely be shaped Saturday when WWE Night of Champions takes place in Saudi Arabia.
Both the King of the Ring and Queen of the Ring finals will be featured on the show, and the winner of each of those matches will receive a world title opportunity at SummerSlam on Aug. 1 and 2.
On top of that, Night of Champions will be headlined by Cody Rhodes putting the WWE Championship on the line in a Triple Threat against two top-flight contenders in Gunther and Sami Zayn.

Top Night of Champions Matches to Watch
Cody Rhodes vs. Gunther vs. Sami Zayn
After a controversial finish to his title defense against Gunther last week on SmackDown, Cody Rhodes will be tasked with facing both Gunther and Sami Zayn in a Triple Threat match at Night of Champions.
Rhodes caught a break last month at Clash in Italy when he beat Gunther despite The Ring General's foot being underneath the rope during the pinfall.
That led to a rematch on SmackDown, but with the added twist of Zayn being the special guest referee after Zayn and Rhodes had been at odds for weeks.
Gunther got on Zayn's bad side during the match, causing Zayn to fast count in Cody's favor. When Rhodes insisted on restarting the match, Zayn attacked Gunther, and he subsequently took out Sami as well.
Now, both Gunther and Zayn pose a significant challenge to Rhodes' reign, but it is fair to wonder if WWE will take the title off of him so close to SummerSlam.
Oba Femi vs. Jey Uso
Oba Femi's run of dominance has taken him to the King of the Ring final where he will face a one-time world heavyweight champion and Royal Rumble winner in Jey Uso.
While Femi is the heavy favorite if it truly remains a one-on-one match, the looming possibility of interference from Brock Lesnar adds a great deal of intrigue.
Oba beat Lesnar at WrestleMania 42, seemingly prompting Lesnar to retire, but The Beast Incarnate returned weeks later by attacking Femi, and he defeated The Ruler in a rematch at Clash in Italy.
Since then, Femi has called Lesnar out on multiple occasions, which may be WWE's way of setting the stage for another encounter between them.
If Lesnar costs Femi in the King of the Ring final, it would make a rubber match between Femi and Lesnar at SummerSlam the next natural step.
Iyo Sky vs. Liv Morgan
In what could prove to be a preview of a Women's World Championship match at SummerSlam, Iyo Sky and Liv Morgan will meet Saturday in the Queen of the Ring final.
Amid her quest to become a double champion, Morgan has progressed to within one win of winning the Queen of the Ring crown. Should she accomplish that feat, she will face Rhea Ripley or whoever is WWE women's champion by the time SummerSlam rolls around.
Sky is looking to spoil those plans, though, and if she wins at Night of Champions, she will have her choice of going after the women's world title or WWE women's title at SummerSlam.
Since Ripley is her on-screen best friend, it seems unlikely that Iyo would attempt to take her title.
That means if Sky gets the better of Morgan at Night of Champions, it would likely be the precursor to a title match between them at WWE's biggest event of the summer.
