Last season, Caminero launched a three-run homer on Father's Day when his own father, Juan, was in attendance for a win over the New York Mets.
"It feels very good that he's here, and that I was able to do that," he said through an interpreter at the time, per Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times.
Now Caminero is the father under the spotlight this Father's Day after he and his wife, Francesca, welcomed their daughter, Valentina, in November.
He called becoming a father "the best" experience of his life, per Adam Berry of MLB.com.
The 2025 All-Star is off to another impressive start this season as a new father and entered Sunday's game slashing .284/.378/.491 with 15 home runs and 34 RBI for a Rays team that is in second place in the American League East and in wild-card position at 42-31.
