Paddy Pimblett Calls Out Ilia Topuria in NSFW Video After Gaethje TKO Loss at UFC White House
UFC star Paddy Pimblett has no sympathy for his rival Ilia Topuria after he lost his lightweight championship to Justin Gaethje at Sunday's Freedom 250 event at the White House.
In a newly released NSFW video, Pimblett reacted in real time to Topuria's corner calling off his fight against Gaethje after the fourth round by saying he "quit like a little b---h."
In a follow-up interview with TNT Sports, Pimblett doubled down on his assertion that Topuria quit, and he pointed out that he lasted until the final round in his loss against Gaethje in January.
Pimblett is scheduled to fight Benoit Saint Denis at UFC 329 next month, and he made it clear that he's hoping for a rematch against Gaethje for the undisputed lightweight title.
It should be noted that Topuria reportedly suffered non-displaced fractures in both of his orbital bones in his fight against Gaethje. He said in a statement on Monday that he lost vision in both of his eyes. Despite the damage, he reportedly won't need surgery.
While both Pimblett and Topuria have their eyes set on chasing Gaethje's lightweight title, fans are certainly hoping to see the two of them settle their differences in the Octagon at some point.
