THE KNICKS FINALLY WIN A RING 💍

Yankees' Aaron Boone Fell Asleep Before Knicks Won 2026 NBA Finals in Game 5 vs. Spurs

Most New York sports fans probably didn't sleep much on Saturday as the New York Knicks won their first championship in 53 years.
Aaron Boone was the exception.
The New York Yankees manager admitted that he fell asleep before the game even ended.
"Fell asleep with six minutes to go," Boone told reporters on Sunday. "Unbelievable."
The Yankees were in Toronto on Saturday night for a series against the Blue Jays, and Boone said he watched TSN's SportsCentre after the Knicks game to catch up on the action.
Boone will look to deliver the city of New York another championship this year after coming up short in 2024. The Yankees have enjoyed a strong start to the season, sitting in first place in the AL East at 43-27.
