Angel Reese Tackled, Isabelle Harrison Ejected in Video of WNBA Scuffle During Dream vs. Tempo

Toronto Tempo forward Isabelle Harrison was ejected from Sunday's contest against the Atlanta Dream after a hard foul on her former teammate.

Angel Reese was attempting to post Harrison up when Harrison tackled her to the ground, leading to a brief scuffle between the two teams.

Before the ejection, things had been getting chippy between Reese and Harrison, so the flagrant foul might have been the point where things boiled over.

Harrison and Reese spent the 2024 season together in Chicago, but it's unclear whether the two have a rocky relationship. Harrison's move on Sunday was more than just a physical foul, though, so there is probably some tension between the two now.

Reese, who is in her first season with the Dream after being traded by the Sky during the offseason, is putting up 14.9 points and 11.9 rebounds per game this year.

Harrison, a 12-year veteran who signed with the Temp ahead of their inaugural season, is averaging 9.0 points and 5.0 boards per game, though she didn't make her season debut until last week after dealing with a thumb injury to start the year.

Harrison had been putting together her best game of the season before she got ejected, posting 17 points, three boards nad a pair of blocks in just 19 minutes.

Atlanta has enjoyed a decent start to the season, winning eight of its first 12 games. The Tempo, hoping to find early success as a franchise, are 7-6 so far this year.

Atlanta and Toronto will meet again next Monday, and that game is going to be interesting after what happened between Reese and Harrison on Sunday.
