Ravens' Lamar Jackson Responds to Ja'Kobi Lane Cracking an Egg with His Bicep in Trending Video

Zach BacharJun 13, 2026

Baltimore Ravens star quarterback Lamar Jackson had some fun at the expense of his teammate, rookie wide receiver Ja'Kobi Lane, on social media.

After Lane posted a video of himself cracking an egg with his bicep on his Instagram story, Jackson joked about the receiver flexing several times in order for the egg to crack.

Ravens players previously attempted the social media challenge in a video posted on Thursday. Jackson was able to crack the egg, while Lane was unable to do so despite covering himself in plastic bags.

Both players will look to establish chemistry quickly next season, as Baltimore selected Lane out of USC with a third-round pick in the 2026 NFL draft.

In 11 games with the Trojans last season, he amassed 745 receiving yards and four touchdown catches while averaging 15.2 yards per reception.

Meanwhile, Jackson remained impactful for the Ravens in 2025 despite being limited to 13 appearances due to back and hamstring issues.

The two-time MVP completed 63.6 percent of his throws for 2,549 yards and 21 touchdowns compared to eight interceptions. He also rushed for 349 yards and two scores.
