The previous record for fight night bonuses was $300,000 given out to commemorate UFC 300 in April 2024.
UFC and Crypto.com previously announced in April they were collaborating to create a $1 million bonus pool for the UFC White House event.
White noted on Friday that World Liberty Financial is also contributing $250,000 to the bonus pool, helping raise the total amount to $1.65 million split between four fighters.
"World Liberty Financial will serve as a presenting partner and are adding another $250,000 to bonuses for the fighters that night," White said. "Two fighters who earn Fight of the Night are going to earn $400,000 each. Then the two Performance [of the Night] bonuses will get $425,000 each. Congratulations everybody, good luck."
Friday's press conference kicked off a weekend of events in the Washington D.C. area for UFC. The Ellipse will host the weigh-ins on Saturday, followed by the UFC White House show on Sunday.
The preliminary card starts at 5 p.m. ET, with the main card kicking off at 8 p.m. ET.
Justin Gaethje and Ilia Topuria will headline the card in a UFC lightweight championship unification bout. The co-main event features Alex Pereira against Ciryl Gane for the interim heavyweight title.
