Kid Cudi Reacts to Fan's Post About How His 'Bald Head' Fueled Fever's WNBA Winning Streak
If you can't get Danhausen to curse or uncurse you, the next best way to ensure success in sports right now could be touching Kid Cudi's head.
After a fan jokingly noted on X that the Indiana Fever haven't lost since Makayla Timpson rubbed Kid Cudi's "bald head," the rapper responded with a series of crying laughing emojis.
The joke here is that the Fever have only played one game since the head rub, a 114-106 overtime win over the Chicago Sky on Thursday.
Kid Cudi posted a series of images on his Instagram page from when he attended a Fever practice on Wednesday.
"MAD LOVE to the entire Indiana Fever team and staff for being so awesome and letting me come by today!!! This was a big deal for me, as Ive been wanting to meet the ladies for awhile now, so as soon as I was in town, I had to make it happen. FEVER LETS GET IT!!! Haha lil inside joke w me and the team," Cudi wrote in the caption on the post.
Even though the Fever have just one win since getting a visit from Kid Cudi, they have won back-to-back games for the first time since a three-game winning streak from May 17-22.
This season has been a struggle for Indiana to this point, though its record is now up to 7-5 after these wins over the Sky and Washington Mystics.
If the Fever take off from this point, Kid Cudi could be their Timothée Chalamet in the front row for every game to help them through the playoffs.
We will find out if the Cudi luck continues on Saturday when the Fever take on the Connecticut Sun.
