Lewis Hamilton Podiums with Girlfriend Kim Kardashian in Attendance at F1 Monaco Race

After a tough start to the 2026 Formula 1 season, Ferrari's Lewis Hamilton appears to be getting back on track.

Hamilton made the podium for the second straight race, placing second in Sunday's F1 Monaco Grand Prix.

Hamilton's girlfriend, Kim Kardashian, was in attendance for Sunday's race:

"It's amazing to have her come this weekend and have the support," Hamilton said after the race, per Skyler Caruso of People.com. "But, you know, with my friends, incredible turnout, just overall, the people. It's amazing to have good people around you and good people supporting you and she does that for me every day."

Hamilton and Kardashian have been dating since earlier this year, first appearing together in public at the Super Bowl in February.

Hamilton also placed second at the Canadian Grand Prix last month, which was his first podium appearance since his third-place finish at the Chinese Grand Prix in March. The seven-time World Drivers' Champion hasn't won a race since the Belgian Grand Prix in July 2024.

While Hamilton's 2026 campaign hasn't been up to his usual standard, he's just one of the many racers who are being overshadowed by 19-year-old phenom Kimi Antonelli, who maintained his spot atop the standings by winning his fifth consecutive race on Sunday in Monaco. The Italian superstar crossed the line 6.271 seconds quicker than Hamilton despite being hindered by a red flag in the closing stages of the race.

"I have to congratulate Kimi, they have done it again," Hamilton said after the race. "He is doing an incredible job. We have been progressing, but we can't quite keep up with them yet. To get second again in Monaco, I will definitely take it."

Hamilton's next chance to improve his spot in the standings will come at the Barcelona-Catalunya Grand Prix on June 14.
