Angel Reese, Lauren Betts' Final Box Score Stats, Highlights as Dream Beat Mystics

Angel Reese powered the Atlanta Dream to a commanding 109-77 victory over Lauren Betts and the Washington Mystics on Saturday.

The Dream improved to 7-3 overall and 4-1 at home, moving into a three-way tie for second place in the WNBA standings alongside the Dallas Wings and Las Vegas Aces.

Washington fell to 4-5, dropping below .500 and outside the league's eight playoff spots.

Saturday's matchup counted toward the 2026 WNBA Commissioner's Cup, the WNBA's in-season tournament.

The Mystics fell to 1-1 in Commissioner's Cup play after opening tournament competition with a win over the Chicago Sky. Atlanta improved to 2-1, having previously defeated the Connecticut Sun and lost to the Indiana Fever.

Reese matched her season high with 18 points and recorded a double-double with 17 rebounds, going a perfect 10-for-10 from the free-throw line. She also added four steals and a block in the victory.

Rhyne Howard led Atlanta with 19 points, shooting 71 percent from 3-point range while recording a game-high six steals. Howard made her impact felt on both ends of the floor, helping fuel the Dream's dominant performance.

Betts finished with six points in 14 minutes off the bench, adding an assist and a rebound.

Kiki Iriafen led Washington with 24 points on 53 percent shooting from the field while contributing a steal and a block.

The Dream took a 12-point lead into halftime behind 13 points from Gray and eight from Reese. For Washington, Citron scored six points in the first half, while Iriafen led the Mystics with 13.

The Dream stretched their advantage to 26 points by the end of the third quarter, overwhelming the Mystics on both ends and extinguishing any hopes of a comeback en route to the 32-point win.

The Dream will travel to Chicago on Tuesday to face Reese's former team, while the Mystics return home to host Indiana on Monday.
