Wilson announced his retirement from the NFL on Wednesday, but he will remain connected to the sport as he takes on a broadcasting role with CBS for the upcoming season.
A third-round pick in the 2012 draft, Wilson helped preside over arguably the greatest period of Seahawks football. They made the playoffs in eight of his 10 seasons with the club, including a 43-8 victory over the Denver Broncos in Super Bowl 48.
Wilson, who started 158 games for Seattle, is the franchise's all-time leader with 37,059 passing yards, 292 passing touchdowns and 104 wins. He also spent time with the Denver Broncos, Pittsburgh Steelers and New York Giants after being traded by the Seahawks in March 2022.
